I started writing short stories and poetry from a very young age. I think I was about ten years old when I wrote my first poem. I can remember very vividly that this first poem was about nature. A pastoral world where the lands were always green and full of life. Since that first poem, I began to fantasize about an imaginary world, parallel to ours. This world was connected to our world via an ice bridge in a heather field. In the beginning, most of the world was cloaked in a thick fog. You were able to walk through it, but it is not possible to sense anything. Neither was there an end or beginning. You had to use your imagination to materialize it. Without thinking, it would not exist.

I began developing this world by making short stories, characters, artwork, and maps. I even developed a fictional language. Already there are loads of notes, documents and drawings, but there are never combined to form one coherent world. This is what I plan to do now. It's going to be a huge undertaking, but this fictional world always has a special place in my heart.
